WP site not appearing in Google search

    I wanted to know why my WP website is not coming up on Google search? I manually entered all the meta tags in the header.php page but trying to enter my website address in doesn’t come any result. I am going to be adding tags to the pages but this is more an internal thing.

    Should I look into Google webmaster tools?

    Of course you should. with or without using WP, they provide useful information.
