Issue with email templates

    I have customized email templates using TML module but the problem is that they don’t work because registration on my site is handled by a membership plugin (Membership 2 Pro by WPMUDev) and login is handled by Theme my login.

    Please Note: When registering using TML registration form, everything works well.

    How can i resolve this.
