Update database problem in multisite

    The update message is not showing for the superadmin but it shows for site users. This is because UserAccessManager::getWpOption returns the value in the array $_aWpOptions for every blog, instead of reading the corresponding site value in wp_x_options.
    The update doesn’t work for the same reasons.
