    Try the method of renaming your plugins folder as described on the WordPress codex.

    Login Trouble: Disable Plugins

    This should enable you to login again.

    If you suspect a particular plugin you can delete it from your installation using an FTP client (such as FileZilla), or your web host’s File Manager, and locating the bad plugin from within your wp-content/plugins folder.

    Thanks, that appeared to have worked last time. What if the issue is not to do with a dodgy plugin?
