Unable to Submit Form Error Mesage

    Hi Kevin,

    This error happens when the security token that is added to the form is invalid; it’s used to prevent security exploits. However, it can also happen sometimes if you’ve opened up the donation form and then filled it out quite a while later, as the token expires.

    I just tested an offline donation on your site and it worked fine. Please feel free to delete the donation 🙂

    Hey Eric,

    Sorry I should have specified. It only happens with Paypal. Can you try again using a paypal donation and see if you get the error?

    Nevermind…. sorry. It was happening becasue I was logged in to wordpress. I opened an incognito window and it worked.

    I can’t offline payment… I’m not sure exactly what is going on right now… Weird…

    Hey Eric,

    Sorry for the back and forth but for some reason it only works about 50% of the time. Could you look into this?

    I just tried in a new incognito window and it gave me that same error.

    Hi Kevin,

    We just pushed out a major update to Charitable. Could you try updating and see if this issue still persists?
