Site does not load

My website, skindeepbeautyapothecary.com, is not loading. I cannot access the admin login page either. It is not a domain or hosting issue. I did not make any changes that would have caused this. I have read in other threads that I should (can?) use FTP to log in. I do not know what this is or how to do it. Can someone please help me? I have not been able to get in touch with the company that set up my website for me, so I am a bit lost. Please help a beginner here! I really appreciate any help that you can provide.
