No, they are just dropping off. My own mom disappeared and was upset when I told her that her name disappeared.

What version of subscribe2 are you using?
Also, this is an issue only you are raising so it must be something peculiar on your site rather than a bug so it may take some effort to fine the cause.
Hi mattyrob. I’m using 10.21 It’s so upsetting to lose subscribers, I think I am going to find a new subscription plugin if it’s just me experiencing this. Thanks for your help, I appreciate it.
@flavorfuleats
Did you ever link to and use ReadyGraph?
@mattyrob
No I didn’t. Was I supposed to?
I just realized that one possibility is because it might be a double opt-in and they are not confirming their opt-in in the email.
What do you think?
@flavorfuleats
No, you didn’t need to use ReadyGraph – I was just wondering where your subscriber data was stored – now I know it’s all local.
If the addresses are not confirmed that are erased after 28 days from the database – this stops your public subscriber database getting overly large with spam sign ups that are never confirmed.
So, yes, if they don’t confirm that could well be the answer.
