Backup / Clone Plugin

I would like to know if anyone has any opinions on the plug ins that they like for backup and cloning. I was using WP Acadamy Clone but it has stopped working and others have stated theirs have stopped working as well.

Basically I have a wordpress site that is my main wordpress site and then I have a test site that I do all my building / design on. I am wanting to clone the test site to the main site.

I am looking for a good clone plugin and may be willing to buy one as long as it is unlimited usage / unlimited sites.
