    Good morning. I’ve installed the latest version of this plugin. I made a new event and save. The calendar page is normal but the event that I did is not showing on it! I see that the event is in draft mode and not published! Is there something that I’m not doing? I already tried to change theme, disabling all plugins and nothing different happens. Thanks.

    Is the event post in Draft mode in the WordPress editor? Sounds like it might be and that it needs to be changed from Draft to Published.

    I already tried to change the status from draft to published, but when I do this, the status automatically comes back to draft…

    Hmm, that’s odd!

    Will you please try testing for conflicts? I haven’t been able to see the same issue on my test site and that suggests there may be something off with how the plugin is interacting with something else on the site:

    Hi Geoff, good morning. Thanks for the reply. I follow the troubleshooting steps and I found the problem. There is a conflit with the “Piklist” plugin, required by the “WordPress Helpers” plugin. Have you ever seen this?

    Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot with us, and I’m glad you were able to find the source of the problem! We haven’t encountered this particular conflict before, but I’ll be sure to pass the info along to our support team and developers. In the meantime, you may wish to try reaching out to the Piklist and/or WordPress Helpers developers to let them know about the issue! Maybe they are already aware of it and have a workaround or are preparing a fix. We’d love to be able to support you directly, but the plugin author(s) will be your best bet since they are much more familiar with their code than we are.

    Hi– I’m one of the developers of Piklist and WordPress Helpers.

    There is a setting in Helpers that stops a post from publishing unless a Featured Image is set. You may want to see if this was set, and if so, uncheck it.

    Otherwise if would help if you could send us your settings for WP Helpers. We’ve made it super easy:
    -Goto TOOLS > WORDPRESS HELPERS
    -The DEVELOP tab
    -Copy everything in the box marked “WP Helpers database settings” and email to support@piklist.com.

    That will help us debug.
