Which theme are you referring to?
I am not very familiar with this, so I don’t know what theme you are talking about. Maybe a little help?
I just want to see the technical requirements of my webpage. For example, how much image or video size it supports, width, height, and such stuff. The advertisers want this information, so they can create a code for a video banner.

You’ll need to ask for support from Extend Super Hero because it sounds like that’s a commercial theme. We only support themes that are distributed on WordPress.org.
