when importing users it keep says Importing users
Ready to registers

First row represents the form of sheetof sheet

So, can any one please point out what is going on?

If it stops in this step, there is some error in your CSV or in your system (look at error log).

But it works on other test site.

So, the problem is in your site. Check errors on WordPress.
