Weird, it could be that some setting or feature is not able to process.. For example, that particular error can happen if you are including image upload field in the form, but your server or permissions or something is preventing the image uploads. So that’s the first thing that I would check. Let me know your results.

You can’t upload images or videos when you use free plugin only with the paid PRO VERSION.

Incorrect, nobith. With the free version of USP, you can upload any number of images only. With the Pro version of USP, you can upload any number of ANY file type, including images, video, audio, PDFs, Word documents, and just about anything else.

Thanks for the reply. My host says folder permissions are set correctly. They are going to try to replicate the issue. Meanwhile, any other ideas?

If you are using any other plugins, try deactivating them and see if the issue persists. Then re-enable the plugins one a time, testing between each, to see which plugin (if any) may be causing the issue. Likewise, try switching to a default WP theme and trying again. Basically it’s just a matter of troubleshooting to find out why it’s not working normally.
