    Hello,
I was wondering if I could edit what a user can do when editing a post. For example I have Portfolios which users are supposed to login and edit those and those only. But when they start editing they also get the options of editing the stunning header, preloader options and so on.
Is that possible in the Pro version?
    Thank you

    Hi,

I can not give you an exact answer, as I don’t know how those options are realized.

If those options are admin menu items to which user should not have access, but they are protected by the same user capability, like ‘edit_posts’ or ‘edit_portfolios’, then you may use Admin menu access additional module of User Role Editor Pro to block them for selected role.

If those options are meta boxes at the post editor page, it’s possible to block them also. User Role Editor includes Meta Boxes Access additonal module. It allows to block selected meta boxes for selected role.

Yes, this is what we’re looking for.
    Thank you very much!
