No backgrounds since update/plugin de/re-activation.

    Hello,
    Recently, three web sites I manage together on a multi-site, all using this theme, have a pretty major problem: the backgrounds to parallax sections do net display (they revert to the default white texture):
    http://conquest.multi.dskin.eu
    http://the-heist.com/
    http://the-heist.fr

    Note: The problem affects both color and image backgrounds)

    This could either be caused by the latest update to the theme, or by my having disabled a series of plugins from the multi-site’s admin panel and turned them back on within each site’s admin panel.
    Here are the plugins I switched off/on:
    WPBakery Visual Composer
    Slider Revolution
    LayerSlider WP
    Image Parallax
    Envato WordPress Toolkit
    AccessPress Twitter Feed

    I hope you can help me fix this problem soon, our business relies on them.

    Hi there.

    Thank you for writing in.

    Have you tried changing the background on each section?
    If you are using the cache plugin then you must have to clear all the cache.

    While updating the theme, it may may crashed some times.
    So please try reinstalling the theme again.

    Here the same problem….
    Is there a solution/workaround at the moment?
    clear the cache doesn’t solve the problem

    Just a brief update:
    I have tried changing/resetting backgrounds, to no avail.
    I am currently not using any cache plugin.

    I will try reinstalling the theme soon.

    Tested on localhost:

    Version: 1.25.3 no problem
    upgrade to:
    Version: 1.26.0 problem –> NO background-images

    Is there a way to downgrade to 1.25?

    Reinstalling doesn’t solve the problem.

    Is there a way to downgrade to 1.25?

    downgrade to:
    https://downloads.wordpress.org/theme/accesspress-parallax.1.25.9.zip
    solved the problem for now.

    Same problem here, backup restored to get the backgrounds again

    Hi there.

    An excuse for the current issue to the latest update.

    We checked the latest version in our local too. We faced the same issues.
    It seems that there is some technical problem in the latest version.

    We will fix it soon in the next update.

    We have released the latest version 1.26.1 and fixed the issue.
    Can you check in your dashboard for the latest update to v1.26.1?

    Yep, it works.

    Updated to 1.26.1 and backgrounds are still displayed.
