older posts is not working

hey wordpressers~!
im new in this field, and im using a theme called “Gateway” , and in my blog page when im scrolling down till the end and im reaching to the “Older posts” bottom and im clicking on it its not bringing me older posts and just refreshing the same page, i digged to the whole internet and didnt find anything, please help me!!
