I just purchased the frontend submission add on.

– Email notifications are not being received when a form is submitted.

– My custom html disclaimer does not show on the post an event form.

How do I solve these issues?

I have resolved the disclaimer issue.

Email is still a problem. My contact forms send perfectly, so the site is able to send email. The problem is somwehere with the frontend plugin.

Hi,

Do you have a valid email address set in Events > Settings > Add-ons > Frontend Submissions > Notifications will be sent to this email(at the bottom of the page)?
