[Plugin: Apple News] Punctuation marks all weird

Hi,

I’m new to WordPress so hoping this is just something that I’m doing wrong. We are posting to Apple News using the plugin but a lot of the punctuation marks within our articles are being replaced with special characters for some reason.

For example: can’t = canâÂÂt

This is making our articles look really unprofessional and just terrible really.

Thanks in advance for any advice that anyone can offer.
