    Hello,

    I understand that your plugin doesn’t offer a proper restore function.

    Yet, on https://wordpress.org/plugins/backwpup/faq/ you point to the tutorial https://codex.wordpress.org/Restoring_Your_Database_From_Backup in order to restore the backup created by your plugin.

    If I follow the instructions for “Restore Process Using phpMyAdmin”, the page in phpMyAdmin listed for steps 4-8 says regarding the file to import.
    The name of the compressed file needs to end with .[format].[compression]. Exemple: .sql.zip

    Yet, the file created by your plugin is simply a .zip. No [format] specification.

    What do you recommend to do?
