Import function on fresh install not working

I was having issues with the plugin (a glitch… see my post here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/sudden-glitch-wrong-answers-and-mixed-up-multiple-choice-options?replies=1 ) … so I decided to export my current quiz, deactivate, remove, and reinstall the plugin.

Now, with a fresh install, the import appears to work but when I go back to the overview there is no imported quiz.
