Offset Posts? Doable?

    I’m working on using Post Grid for a blog and she wants to start her recent posts offset by 1 when they load so there can be another script highlighting a post above using a different scriopt. I know i can use the Grid to display certain ID,s but in this case, I just want to offset the posts by one. Doable?
