Can't generate ticket

Hello,

We have installed woocommerce and opentickets in a way of selling concert tickets on our website. The point is everything seems to be ok but we are not able to see and print ticket at the end of a buy. We receive the mail with the ticket link included. But an error always appears : “An error has occurred while attempting to view the ticket, None of the tickets for this order could be found.”

We do not know how to fix it ? Need a bit help please. Here under the report :
