We know we can create custom CSS for different media widths, but I thought there would at least be a default setting for this to happen by default.

I did, and every time i clicked “view reply’ it jumped back to empty page.

So i figured either the forum was broken or it as a paywall even though we paid for the product when we paid for the theme.
Please advise?

Hi,
As you know we are the author of Master Slider not the seller.
Envato is the seller and they have their rules, after buying Master Slider and normally any item that has support you can have support for a few months and after that, you need to buy support service again.
