    I can’t seem to find any elements from our builder when visiting the site on an actual mobile device. Can you try deactivating all plugins except BB and see if you get the same thing?

    If you still do, can you try switching to a different theme real quick and check? You can use the free Twenty Sixteen theme. I’m guessing either a plugin that handles mobile layout, or the theme itself is causing this issue.
