Will the changes made to his Twenty-sixteen theme conflict with the Customizr themes when I install them?
No, only the active theme is used. Once you enable Customizr or its child theme, Twenty Sixteen will still be installed, but it won’t be used in any way.
I recommend keeping Twenty Sixteen around, there’s no reason to remove it, and it will be there in case you need it.
Also, do I need to install all the plugins manually that I used with Customizr or will they carry over?
The theme is only the theme, so you will need to install all of those plugins on the other site.
Thank you James for your reply! I installed the Customizr Parent & Child Themes but all of my changes and customizations are missing. I manually installed the plugins used on the other domain. The site just looks like the Customizr demo site. Yikes! I do not look forward to building it all over again! 🙂
Make sure that you activate the Child theme, not the Parent theme. 😉
The menu I created, the pages, media, etc… are not there either.
The Parent theme is installed but not activated. The Child theme is activated.
None of that is part of the theme, that’s all part of the site itself, stored in the database. The theme is basically just the clothes your site wears, nothing else.

James ~ I’m using the Duplicator Plugin. Should I delete the Customizr Parent & Child themes I installed on the domain I uploaded them to?
I believe Duplicator produces an entire archive of the duplicated site, themes and all. You’ll be replacing whatever is at the new location with a copy of what’s at the old location.
In this case though, I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/duplicator so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
