Page Anchors

I’m trying to create something where if you click on a menu link, it scrolls down to a certain section on that same page. Like, if I have a menu link named “Schedule”, clicking that link would scroll me down the same page to a block titled “Schedule”

With a custom url pointing to #schedule.

No luck. Anyone know how to do this?
