Hi,

I’ve just set up the singup form with your plugin and tested it, but somehow the subscribers do not appear on the list (shows 0).

The site is: http://www.slotmachinesonline.co/

Can you advice what I am doing wrong.

Hello Mark,

Can you please check and confirm if you have “double opt-in” enabled in the form settings? If it is enabled, then MailChimp will send the user an email with a link. Once they click the link, their email address is verified and added to your list.

I disabled it and tested again and yet no subscriber appears.

Hello Mark,

Please check the “MailChimp for WP > Others” page in your WordPress admin and let us know if you see any errors.
