Weight Limit on Shipping Services?

    Is there a weight limit implemented on specific shipping services, like FedEx Express Saver or FedEx Ground?

    I have an item in my ecomm store that weighs 279 lbs. I have tried to add a new box that fits the dimensions of the item and lists the max weight for the box as 500 lbs and select “Pack into boxes with weights and dimensions” under Parcel Packing Method, but I get the error message “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” However, if I change the weight of the item to 150 lbs, I am able to order the item without any issues. I am trying to determine if this weight limit is based in the FedEx Woocommerce Shipping Method plugin or if it is based in our FedEx account?

    Hi mbackus,

    Are you using our basic version or premium ?

    If it is basic version then it packs items individually only.

    Our premium version is having the box packing functionality. If you are using premium then please raise a ticket here. Our technical team is always there to help resolving issues.
