[Theme: Sydney] Where to add an CSS to a specific line on the source code?

Hello, I am using a the theme sydney with version 1.30 and i want to know where can I add a CSS to an specific line on the source code. I know this because I can go an add style=”color: #ffffff” to a specific line on the source code and it changes the color, but it does not change permanently and I don’t know specifically where go to add that CSS to the page. This CSS is going to be added to a header on the homepage.Also I am using page builder Site Origin to build my pages. Where do I go specifically? Is there another way to do this?

If you want to add CSS codes and
If your theme doesn’t have custom css section then use this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/

What about changing the color of the menu? I was told it was through the css file, but my css file has the following code. I just added a submenu to my site and it has a white background and the font is white. I am not an expert in designing these sites, thus I have no idea what I am doing.

Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS troubleshooting. Or use whatever developer tool is available in your web browser.

Hi – I’ve a question about some specifc css code for my site http://www.lodestardigitalmarketing.co.uk

I’ve had to include a 130px gap about my hero on each page to allow for the header nav to be white. Unfortunately, the way the Sydney theme is built means that to allow for this, the same 130px gap is applied to the bottom of that hero row.

Is there some css code that I can add to get around this? As I don’t want that same gap at the bottom by default.

Also, is there a way I can control the size of an image using css code? 2 examples:

1) http://lodestardigitalmarketing.co.uk/marketing-companies-uk/ – I’d like to change the image size next to ‘Consultancy’ header

2) http://lodestardigitalmarketing.co.uk/digital-marketing-company/ – I’d like to make the images the same size as the text they align with so that they fill the row space
