Remove the old "link" post type

    Many moons ago WP had “Links” along with posts and pages, used for the Blogroll etc. A site that originally had that function doesn’t lose it when upgrading to a newer version of WP that no longer has it.

    If it’s no longer being used, is there a way to remove it?
