    Yes, but this way every time I lose all of the work I did and I have to restart from scratch. This is very disturbing, especially knowing that I, the admin, was simply designing an email to go through the newsletter. Every few steps, I have to start again.

    Sorry for this experience you had gone through, this request seems to be blocked by firewall (false positive), so I recommend turning the “Firewall Status” to “Learning Mode” and design your newsletter email so the firewall can whitelist this request, after you finish you can now revert the firewall status to “Enabled and Protecting” and it won’t block this request again.

    thank you for that wfalaa.
    I have now turned the firewall to learning mode on 3 installations of wp.
    let us see.
