Car listings not displaying

    On the page with the [wpcm_cars] shortcode, not car listings are displayed. The filtering options to sort the cars is at the top of page, but no cars show. individual Car listing pages are live at their correct url, but still no cars showing on the main listings page. When trying to sort with the filters, ‘make’ list populates the dropdown, but after selecting a make, the ‘models’ list does not populate, which does not let the user select a make and complete a search.

    The issue persists with base theme, twentysixteen. Issue persists with all plugins deactivated but wp car manage.

    Can you do as follows:
    Dashboard – Option – Permalinks – Button “Modification refresh”

    Note:
    My WP-Installation are in German – it can be an other Text on the Button.
    I have had the same problem long time ago and it helped me to refresh the permalinks.

    Hey there,

    This sounds a lot like a JavaScript error. I suspect that there is a plugin or theme conflict on your website. Could you please try if the error still occurs with only this plugin activated with a default WordPress theme (e.g. twentyfifteen). I understand this can be a bit of a hassle but it’s the only way we can be sure it’s a bug in this plugin.
