Conditions section problem

Hi,
I was using your useful plugin for couple of month. But, today it doesn’t show conditions section in Product Field section. I downgraded the plugin to 1.3.3 and 1.3.0, but nothing happens. How can I fix this? Could you please help me ASAP?
Note: The “Inside” div is empty. plz see this :
