Replace database

Hi, I have a mutiple posts site and accidentaly I erase all my commnents, I have a backup of teh specific database “wp_comments.sql”

The site is hosted in a Windows hosting server, and I dont have pleask, how can I see my databases? and how can I replace the specific database? I tryed through FTP but I cant see my databases.

Can any body can guide on how can I make this?
