Customizable Theme

Our websites theme has been built in WordPress to replicate our old website that was built elsewhere. Having little knowledge of code, I’m unable to make any of the changes I’d like to. I’m looking to change the look and feel completely, but am hoping to go with a lead generating, customizable theme that I can purchase to make things easier for me. Does anyone have any advice on the matter? Thanks in advance.
