    I used to manage my subscribers in the admin area, but now I noticed there’s no menu entry anymore in the WordPress Dashboard menu on the left.
    Users can still subscribe and I see some of them with confirmed e-mail addresses when I look at the database table content, but I can’t manage anything through the WordPress admin panels.
    Please advice how to solve this issue.

    @pc1271,

    Check if you are using latest version (v3.1.4). Also, de-activate & re-activate plugin and then have a check.

    Yes, I’m using the latest version (v3.1.4) and even after deactivating and reactivating the plugin, the menu is not there.
    However, after reactivating, I find myself in the ‘Welcome to Email Subscribers’ page. From there, I can access the help pages on the website, but I have no access to the settings page, nor the e-mail list manager page.

    @pc1271,

    Looks like it is conflicting with some other plugins.
    Could you please de-activate all other plugins except Email Subscribers and then have a check if you are able to access menu or not.

    Ok, I’ll give that a try, but it will have to wait until there’s less website activity.

    Hi, I found the conflicting plugin: it’s LifterLMS (https://wordpress.org/plugins/lifterlms/), a plugin used for managing online courses.
    After deactivating this plugin, the Email Subscribers admin panels and menu were visible again.

    Now that we know this, what’s the best way to proceed? Should I contact the LifterLMS developers and inform them of this problem, or is there a possibility that you can further narrow down which piece of code is the cause of the problem, either in Email Subscribers or in LifterLMS?

    @pc1271,

    It would be better if you contact the author of LifterLMS plugin and make them aware about the issue.

    The problem has been solved by LifterLMS.
