Just installed mobile app. When tapping the “Scan Barcode” button, I get an error, “Sorry, the Android camera encountered a problem. You may need to restart the device.”

I restarted the phone but still getting same error. Please advise. Thank you for a great plugin and app!

Hi There,

Thank you for your message.

This is not really related to our check-in app but I’ve found this online. Seems the most common cause to this type of error is the permissions
go to “Security” app, and then go to permission >> Mannage App Permissions >> Use camera , and then checkbox it.
