addon domain not found

Hi there, i think i made a stupid error and doent know how to fix it.
I installed a w3 total cache and it crashed my entire site this noon, and i manage to manually deleted all the related files then restore the wp.config files from my backup.

However, after that i successfully restore my main webpage, but not the add-on page.
my main page is : http://www.woei.tv/home
add on site is : http://www.woei.tv/home/company

these 2 sites are running smoothly before the crash.

Right now, i can access the add on site dashboard and do whatever changes but the site just wont show up.

Error says,
“Not Found.The requested URL /home/company/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. “

I tried create another fresh add on sites and it shows up with the same error.
Same things happened, i can access the dashboard but the site is now showing anything other than the error code above.

May i ask how to fix this ?
