if i check default to customer shipping or billing address it will not let you fill out state/country tab or the zip for the billing address, it always checks the ship to different address box and you have to enter all your information there. why is that? the only option i have is force to customers billing address, and that might not be the case if they want the item shipped to another address

and add something to cart and then try to add state/country and zip code to your billing address, it will not let you, it will only open the shipping box and you have to re enter all your info there, no matter what box you check in shipping destination

so it let you as guest? but how about when you are logged in as user? because it lets me when i am a guest but noy when i register and log in as a user.

I suggest you look into your plugins in that case and see if its being affected by code.

the only plugins i have are for woocommerce. they are woocommerce and contact 7 forms is the only thing i have activate

yup its theme because i just tried another theme and it is working fine. i will notify themeisle about the shopIsle theme not working right with woocommerce
