issue with woocommerce

when am activating woocommerce my website gives error and stops working
my host provider told me this
– please contact plugin woocommerce provider and ask for plugin requirements so that we can check whether it is supported on our servers or not-

so please can u give me ur requirement to contact my host again and resolve my issue
