Is this plugin working?

    Like the another user “queensratchet”, I can´t receive chat messages from this plugin.

    I have the plugin installed properly in wordpress and the domain configured in wp-chat.com. The offline messages (to email) works fine, but I can´t receive any online message, neither in the wp-chat “Online Chats” tab or in the android app, it´s all empty.

    Someone is using this plugin with the latest version of WP (4.5.3)? Any ideas about this problem?

    No it’s not and the owner doesn’t respond to messages. I tried to use it on my site RatchetQueens.com and it didn’t work.

    @queensratchet: No problems was found.

    Server- and client chat was tested and works.
    Your chat must have status “online” to receive chat messages.

    Just write us more information, like your domain name or user ID.

    Chat works with all WordPress versions. We are testing it before the newest WordPress will be released.
