Sticky Blog Posts

Thanks for a nice theme. I am trying to complete my website setup have couple of things that i need help on. (In order to benefit the forum, i am posting each of my question as separate thread)

How do i configure certain posts always to display on top in the blog? I have set the default home page with Blog posts & I am getting latest posts. However, would like to have certain posts static in there.
