    I still can not see your tickets, but we have received your email. The issue has been fixed. Do you use the “Get Help” form to request support?

    Yes, I have submitted six tickets now via the Get Help button/interface. The failure of this mechanism to receive help on the hosted product is why I am just posting here.

    Unfortunately, my issues were composed within your help interface, so all the work, notes, and summary are now gone.
