    Hi conceptcorenl,

    AAM does not filter users but with AAM Role Filter extension you can restrict your funeral employees from managing users that have higher User Level.

    All other functionality can be accomplished by manipulating with capabilities and restricting access to Admin Menu items. For more information on that topic check WordPress Roles and Capabilities.
