Displays text without formatting — but only sometimes

Hello.
For some unknown reason, All-in-One Event Calendar by Time.ly sometimes displays the text of each event with-out formatting it. Usually it works fine.
We first noticed a problem when my boss viewed the web site on her office computer using Microsoft Edge. I tested the web site on several browsers, but could not replicate the unusual error. Then our IT team tested the web site on several browsers, but were only able to replicate the error on some computers, but not others. Before we do the “plugin” test, we want to know if anyone else is having this problem.
