Hey,

the sizes of my images in shop are not equal
how do i set it right?
i already gave width and height and hard crop on woo commerce settings

They are equal height when I look? They are cropped.

can i make the images fill in the box in some way?

The question is how to make it hard crop + seeing the whole image

You cannot due to the dimensions of the image. So you should either leave hard crop off and resize/position with CSS, or use different/square images.
