Author.php. I am not getting something!

Hello,

I think I have my author.php in the right place, however when I click on it, I get an unformated page.

I have gone through the codex and fourms and am not quite sure what the problem is.

The main page is at http://www.usrbn.com then click on my name rocky.

Any thoughts or advice would be most appreciated.
