WordPress basic empty theme

Hi guys!!! Long time ago, I remember finding an empty theme in the WordPress documentation. It had all the basics files needed in a theme, but it hadn’t a design or such, it was completely plain, ready to customize, or to work over it.

I’ve tried to find it again, ’cause I lost the previous one, but I can’t find it anywhere on the site…

Anyone knows where is it? or can handle it to me? =( thank you.
