Add Media Button Not working

    There are errors on every page of my website (when I used the troubleshooting tool). I enabled ‘DeBug’ and it did not fix my problem. When I go to the page and pull up the console, I get the following errors:

    I turned off all plugins and switched the theme to 2016. Thanks for the help!
