qtranslate-x and WordPress File Upload error

    I have qtranslate-x Ver 3.4.6.8 and WordPress File Upload Ver. 3.8.5
    and get this in debug mode:

    When i deaktivate WordPress File Upload Ver. 3.8.5 i get this message:

    Thanks for the report, I could not reproduce it though. That line (setting cookies) runs in action ‘plugins_loaded’, headers are not expected to be sent at that point. I am not sure what is going on. The fact that I could not reproduce tells us that there might be other plugin or theme involved too. Which page exactly you see it on?

    hi, now the site crashes total, Blocked, cant get to the generate new passwort site looks like that befor i click for new password:
