• Hello

I know that there have been a number of threads about this so am sorry to bother everyone again but I am unable to follow the advice due to my lack of experience in coding.

Can anyone please suggest a solution or give me step by step instructions on how to insert code? I have seen solutions that require you to insert a code phrase but don’t understand where I should do this!

I’d be really grateful if anyone could help me!

  • This is commonly caused by an over-aggressive configuration of your server’s mod_security module. Try asking your hosts about it.

    Hi esmi

Thanks for your help. I contacted my host and they said that it wasn’t that and that I needed to update my php version and wordpress version. They did the php and i did the wordpress and now it seems to have broken wordpress altogether! My menu is just text and it won’t let me access any of the things on the menu. I am going to have to speak to my host again but wondered if you knew what had gone wrong please so that I can make sure they fix it properly?
